A Fortune 500 electronics chip manufacturer, commanding a 31% market share, sought Promax's expertise to resolve a patent infringement case involving four other industry leaders. An Inter Partes Review (IPR) filed by one of the four other manufacturers resulted in a failure. The client approached Promax with a list of references provided by other patent search service providers in the hopes of uncovering previously unidentified prior art that could challenge the validity of the plaintiff's patent.
